A Florida native through and through, Jeff has lived in Central Florida his whole life and helped launch Citrus City Craft 3 years ago after working at celery city craft since 2014. When he’s not crafting surprise cocktails for guests, Creating innovative cocktails and ordering the best beer in town, he’s spending time with his wife of ten years and their two amazing kids. The cocktail that best describes him is an Old Fashioned—classic, dependable, and full of character. Jeff unwinds with a good workout, and his favorite food is broccoli (yes, really)!! He also has a hidden talent for doing a killer loon call.

Jonny Ferrara

With over 12 years behind the bar, Jonny helped launch Citrus City Craft after working at West End Trading co since 2013. Raised in Lake Mary with deep roots in the community, he's a proud member of a big Italian family and brings that same warmth to the Citrus experience. His go-to cocktail is a perfectly balanced Paper Plane, but his personality is best captured by the Hot Melons Margarita—sweet, a little spicy, and full of layers. Outside of work, you’ll find him with his family or catching up on his favorite shows, preferably while enjoying a plate of chicken cutlets. Fun fact: he’s got a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, so don't mess with him!

Justin Ferrara

Justin has been bartending for six years and has been part of the Citrus City Craft family for the last two. Born into a big Italian family as the youngest of three boys, he grew up playing baseball and still loves all things sports, especially baseball and basketball. His go-to cocktail is an Old Fashioned, but his vibe is 100% Pina Colada–laid-back, smooth, and always ready for a good time. When he’s not behind the bar, you’ll find him hanging with family, watching sports, or gaming. Fun fact: his brother Jonny named him before he was even born!

Bartender

Zach Hall

Zach has been bartending for 5 years and has been part of the Citrus City Craft crew since the start. Born in Connecticut but raised in Florida since age 3, he’s all about the water, whether it’s the beach, lake, or pool. He knows how to unwind best with a steak and a waterfront view. His go-to cocktail to make is an Old Fashioned, but his personality is pure Double Malört—bold, unapologetic, and unforgettable. Fun fact, He’s part Bahamian and studied media production.

Bartender

Michael Van Etten

Michael has been bartending for 9 years and has spent the last 3 shaking things up at Citrus City Craft. Known for his deadpan humor and unexpectedly impressive chopstick skills (confirmed by a native Korean) he has been riding the high of that compliment for 4 years! He’s a game night guy who unwinds with coffee, Biscoff cookies, and a hammock. His go-to cocktail is a Gold Rush, but his personality resembles that of a Chocolate Stout; dark, complex, and just sweet enough to keep you guessing. Raised among chaotic friendships and unforgettable pranks, he’s proof that if you’re creatively sadistic, you’ll probably get along just fine.
